Registration & Cancellation Policy

ACADEMY REGISTRATION POLICY

Registration for a training course through our website, over the phone, or by email does not guarantee a training course will be conducted.

A final decision will be made 30 days prior to the start date of a training course to determine if a scheduled course will be conducted.

It is advised to not make any payment or non-refundable travel arrangements until you have received official confirmation via email the training you have selected will be conducted as scheduled. Payments will not be accepted prior to the official confirmation.

When a training has been confirmed to take place, all payments must be received
at least 14 days prior to the start of the class, unless a special agreement is made with the registrar.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Check payments.
Purchase orders need to be received prior to the start of a training course for processing.

A purchase order number is not considered actual payment in full for a training course.

If payment in full has not been received prior to the last day of class, the registrant will not be issued a certificate of completion until payment in full has been received.

The Academy does not accept payments directly through our website for in-house training courses.

International Registrations (outside of North America)
Once a course has been confirmed, and you have been notified it will be conducted as scheduled, payment must be received two weeks prior to the start of a training course. If payment in full is not received two weeks prior to the start of a training course, your registration will be revoked.

If you have not confirmed your attendance two weeks prior to the start of a training course, your registration will be revoked.

ACADEMY COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course up to 30 to 20 days prior to the start date of the course.

Please do not make any payment or non-refundable travel arrangements prior to that time.

Student Cancellation
The course fee (minus a $100 handling charge) will be refunded for cancellation notice
received two (2) weeks or less prior to the course date. After that date, payment is transferable to another course.

Payments that are transferred to another course will only be transferrable within one year from the date of the original course date intended to attend.

The registrant or the person in charge of registrations for your company is responsible for contacting the registrar if the person registered is not able to attend a scheduled training.
